Background & Rationale

Displacement and limited labor market access continue to restrict economic opportunities for refugees and returnees in the Horn of Africa. Sustainable economic integration requires market-aligned skills development, employability support, and institutional coordination. This project was designed to address barriers to employment and promote inclusive economic participation.

Scope of Work

1. Conducted labor market and skills gap assessments
