Background & Rationale

Severe drought conditions in Hiran Region significantly impacted livelihoods, food security, and access to essential services. A baseline survey was required to establish pre-intervention benchmarks and inform evidence-based humanitarian programming aimed at mitigating the effects of climate shocks.

Methodology & Approach
