Generate lessons learned and recommendations for future programming Background & Rationale Background & Rationale The Fish-for-Nutrition Project (FNP) was implemented to improve nutrition outcomes while strengthening fisheries-based livelihoods in Kismayo. By linking fish production, value chains, and nutrition awareness, the project aimed to address both food security and income generation. To assess overall project performance and impact, GIZ commissioned a final evaluation to measure results, document lessons learned, and inform future nutrition and livelihood programming in coastal and fragile contexts.
