Produce high-quality learning products and success stories. 3.Visually demonstrate project impact through photo and video documentation. 4. Support knowledge sharing and stakeholder engagement Background & Rationale Evidence generation and learning documentation are essential for demonstrating impact, informing future programming, and strengthening visibility of education interventions. The Girls Education Empowerment Project (GEEPS) aimed to improve access to quality education for girls across Somalia, addressing barriers related to gender, safety, and participation. CARE International engaged Tropical Consult to document learning products and produce mini documentaries that captured project outcomes, lessons learned, and human-centered stories of change. The assignment supported accountability, learning, and communication objectives at both program and donor levels. Scope of Work Tropical Consult delivered a comprehensive documentation and learning package, including: 1. Review of project documents and results frameworks. 2. Field visits to capture real-time project implementation and outcomes. 3. Development of success stories, case studies, and learning briefs. 4. Production of mini documentaries and photo stories. 5. Editing and packaging of materials for donor and stakeholder use. Methodology & Approach A participatory and evidence-informed approach was applied: 1. Interviews with girls, teachers, caregivers, and project staff. 2. Visual documentation using ethical photography and videography practices 3. Integration of qualitative evidence and human-interest narratives 4. Securing informed consent and safeguarding compliance 5. Alignment with donor visibility and communication guidelines. Key Outputs & Deliverables 1. Learning briefs and success stories 2. Case studies highlighting girls’ education outcomes 3. Mini documentaries showcasing project impact 4. Over 100 captioned, consented photographs 5. Communication-ready products for dissemination Key Findings & Results The documentation demonstrated that: 1.
